
Build a Habit.
I am not sure when it started, but I think I have always loved reading. I am a continual learner, and I decided on a reading habit more than 5 years ago. As you will see below, I have achieved my goal, and I am ready to start a new goal. I am going to spend the next 330 days to build 5 habits.

I finally made it! A full year of reading every single day. As you can see, I have been reading every week for over 5 years. I am not sure when I made the decision to try to read every day for a year, but I do remember that I had made it 220 days when I hopped on a plane overseas and did not get a chance to sync my reading. I was so bummed. I had worked so hard for so long, and yet I had to start over.
The interesting thing is that it got even easier to achieve the goal. I craved reading and still do.
I am starting on my journey to building more habits. It takes 66 days to build a new habit, so I will create a new habit every 66 days.
Habit 1: Working out every day
- Included in this habit is to stretch 3 days a week
- Also, I will do 20 minutes minimum of strength training 3 days a week
I will start this habit today. No waiting for ‘the right time’, like after the holidays. Start NOW.
I will complete this habit January 29, 2024. I am still thinking of the other habits and have some ideas, but I didn’t want to wait until I figured them all out. One habit at a time and let inspiration come for the other 5 habits.
